Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

The operator processes personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". The server is located in Russia (data center in the Russian Federation). No cross-border data transfer takes place.

2. Purposes of processing

Data is processed for: fulfilling service agreements, issuing invoices and acts, sending order status notifications, and service usage analytics.

3. Categories of data processed

Name, email, phone, organisation details (INN, KPP, bank account) — for legal entities and sole proprietors; name and email — for individuals.

4. Data subject rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to kami@letar.best. Deletion of financial documents is limited by statutory retention requirements (Tax Code, Federal Law 402-FZ) — primary documents must be kept for 5 years.

5. Security

Data is stored encrypted. Access to data is limited by technical and organisational measures.
